V2 - Pegboard Screen

The 'Pegboard' screen is a screen which is used to view an auto-updating, live screen displaying the current status' of employees for that day. 

On this screen, you'll be able to see the employees status, whether this is clocked in, not clocked in, clocked in late, on holiday, off sick or absent. 

The idea for this screen is to have this visible on a monitor/TV throughout the day so statuses can be viewed at a quick glance or to see how many employees are clocked IN currently. This screen will automatically refresh every ~30 seconds to keep the information displayed consistent and up-to-date. 

These are marked used the recognisable legend that appears throughout Chronicle. These are: 

• Light Green - Clocked IN
• Grey - Not Clocked IN
• Red - Clocked IN Late
• Yellow - Holiday
• Purple - Absence
• Blue - Sickness
• Red Triangle - Exception Raised

Filters

Along the top of the screen, you'll see some filters which can be used to identify the status' of a specific team, on a specific date, or status. 

Tag

• Use this to filter the displayed employees to a specific department or team.

Date

• Use this to filter the displayed employees to identify their status on a specific date. 

Status

• Use this to filter the displayed employees to a specific status.
