In calendar, you can use this screen to easily manage any individuals shifts, days worked, absence, overtime, exceptions etc. Which is useful if you just want see an overview of certain employees.
See below to see what each part of the calendar screen does:
You can filter by selecting a tag of which employees you want to appear in the employee dropdown as well as choose which employee's calendar you want to view by using the dropdowns below.
Clicking Employee preview will bring up the employees profile if you need view or edit anything.
You also have the ability to view the calendar in month or year view by selecting the dropdown as per the below.
Click on any day in the calendar to open the blue action bar. From here, you can add shifts, holidays, sickness, or other absences.
The blue action bar also allows you to remove existing holidays, sickness, or absences. Simply highlight the day(s) you want to remove and click the red bin icon.
When adding an absence, you can choose from the following options:
- Full Day
- First Half
- Second Half
- Custom
Custom allows you to select specific times of the time if needed.
These options are available within the blue action bar, as shown in the screenshot below.
You can also double click on any of the days to open up the employee's work record as per the below.
