The 'Lateness' screen found within the 'Manage' tab is an area which you will be able to manage lateness on an individual and bulk basis.
This screen will allow you to view all of the work records that are marked as the employee being late within a specific tag or date-range then manage them appropriately.
Filters
Tag
- This will allow you to filter the results down to a specific tag that you have access to.
Date Range
- This will allow you to filter the results down to a specific date range.
Managing the Lateness
Once you've defined your filters and have the results you're looking for - You can begin managing the lateness' on an individual or bulk basis.
Firstly, you can investigate a lateness further but double-clicking on the record which will open the work record for the day that lateness is recorded.
From there, you can manage the lateness directly within the work record by unselecting the 'Mark as Late' option found within the 'Actions' area.
However, within the 'Manage' > 'Lateness' screen you can look to clear the lateness from multiple records at once. This is done by selecting the tick box in the top-left of the table and then the 'Clear Lateness' option in the top-right.
